How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Michael Haynes is the founder of D3 Technologies and has over 20 years experience in the Information Technology field. From his humble beginnings as a field service technician he grew with the industry and has been an equity partner in several technology firms before launching D3 Technologies in 2011.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customer Services differentiates us from our competitors. Our proactive vs, reactive approach in service deliver provides our clients with a service experience second to none. With our real-time monitoring agents we detect problems before they cause serious downtime which can cripple any business. We detect problems and perform remediation before our customers even know there is an issue.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
D3 Technologies is currently headquartered in York Pennsylvania. Our fully staffed help desk of 40 technically skilled technicians are located in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. We do have plans to extend our service offerings into the Lancaster PA, Harrisburg PA and Baltimore Maryland regions.
